Trauma Processing Therapy
Specialized trauma treatment using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), a short-term, intensive approach for PTSD and C-PTSD, along with other integrative, trauma-informed methods. This work supports individuals impacted by distressing or life-altering experiences, including single-incident trauma and complex, repeated trauma across the lifespan. This may include childhood trauma, emotional neglect, abuse, domestic violence, military or combat experiences, first responder or occupational trauma, medical trauma, accidents, grief and loss, and other overwhelming events that continue to surface through intrusive memories, nightmares, flashbacks, emotional dysregulation, avoidance, hypervigilance, or other trauma responses.
